We're a husband-and-wife team who turned our love of good coffee into a truck full of espresso and good energy. Sugar & Milk brings a full mobile bar — espresso, lattes, iced drinks, and more — right to your event. Every drink is handcrafted with quality, locally-sourced coffee, milk, and ingredients — supporting other small businesses one cup at a time.

Our Story

Why "Sugar & Milk"

Before starting this venture, we always enjoyed attending local vendor events, festivals, markets, and more. We all know shopping is better with a beverage in hand — however, these events rarely had beverages for sale, and never high quality coffee. Often we'd stop at a large coffee chain before heading out. That's where we saw a need, and created Sugar & Milk Mobile Espresso. Now we can offer high quality, handcrafted drinks anywhere — all while showcasing other local vendors who supply us with things like our coffee beans, baked goods, and milk.

We're proudly based in Herkimer, NY, serving pop-ups, weddings, and private events across Central New York. On any given weekend you'll probably find us parked somewhere with the window open and the espresso machine warm.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to book you?
We offer three event packages for private bookings — Bronze ($600), Silver ($900), and Gold ($1,200) — each with a different number of service hours, baristas, and drinks included. See our Packages section above for full details, or reach out for a custom quote. We also offer business promotional collaborations with drinks not included — please inquire directly about those. Perfect for promoting your business, group, or event.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Herkimer, NY and travel within a 20 mile radius of Herkimer. Anything over 20 miles is subject to a $50 travel fee and an additional $1 per travel mile.
What do you need from us on-site?
Truck Set Up: We need level ground to park the truck, and electrical access within 25 feet if you'd like to limit noise from the inverter used to power our truck. Keep in mind this is much quieter than a traditional generator.

Cart Set Up: We need at least a 6x6 area with electrical access and level ground. Minimal distance between parking and set up is ideal. We can set up the cart inside or outside.
How far in advance should we book?
We typically book 2 months in advance. Saturdays fill the fastest and are booked about 3-4 months in advance. We have weddings booking into 2027 already! Don't wait!
Do you offer non-caffeinated options?
Yes — we always keep a few non-coffee options on the menu so there's something for everyone.
What happens if it rains?
If you have booked the truck for an outdoor event and are now expecting rain, we can switch to the cart set up indoors if space allows — however we need at least 24 hours notice to make this switch. Rescheduling at a mutually agreed upon date is available upon request.
